Easy Riders – The Easy Riders will enjoy a ride up a gravel ranch road Saturday morning.  They will enjoy a picnic on the trail while enjoying the gorgeous scenery.  On Sunday, we will head down river to a great spot for wading and if the water is deep enough swimming with the horses.

Trail Triathlon – You will ride in a short CTR. You will be judged on your horse’s condition, manners and your horsemanship skills.  This event is a great introduction to the sport of Competitive Trail Riding.  The ride is approx. 15 miles,  and may include long climbs, water crossing and narrow trails.  Subject to change at judge’s discretion..

Trail Course – The course will be in camp and feature man made and natural obstacles.  The course will remain a secret until judges Lynn Kinsky and Lionel Griffith reveal it to us.  Novice and Open are separate.  Riders not competing in the Triathlon may enter these classes.=

Dressage – Two tests will be offered, one for the Novice and one for Open riders in the Triathlon.  They will be very simple; any trail horse can do them.  Riders not entering the Triathlon may enter these classes.

Mounted Games – Saturday evening we will have an impromptu event of games on horseback.  They may include egg and spoon, Toilet paper ride,  Simon says, Water glass among others.  This is just a time to enjoy the horse and have some fun trying something different.  No cost to event entrants.

Free Clinics – Not sure how to ride in a CTR but want to learn?  You will learn how to ride in a CTR, Trail Class and what is expected in a Dressage test. Learn how to compete before you ride.  We will also be offering a clinic on how to show your Peruvian in the traditional classes.
